شرح آگهی:

The Government of Georgia has received financing from the Asian Development Bank (ADB) towards the cost of Sustainable Urban Transport Investment Program - Tranche 2. Part of this financing will be used for payments under the contract named above. Bidding is open to bidders from eligible source countries of ADB.

شرایط آگهی:

Minimum Average Annual Construction Turnover of USD 25,500,000.00 calculated as total certified payments received for contracts in progress or completed, within the last three (3) years (in case of Joint Venture: All Partners Combined must meet requirement; Each Partner must meet 25% of the requirement; One Partner must meet 50% of the requirement);
b) Financial Resources Requirement: The Bidder must demonstrate that it has the financial resources to meet: (a) its current contract commitments, plus (b) the requirements for the Subject Contract of USD 3,000,000.00 (in case of Joint Venture: All Partners Combined must meet requirement; Each Partner must meet 25% of the requirement; One Partner must meet 50% of the requirement);
c) Contracts of Similar Size and Nature: Participation in at least one (1) contract, that has been successfully or substantially completed within the last five (5) years and that is similar to the proposed works, where the value of the Bidder’s participation excee
