مناقصه Procurement of equipment National Construction Laboratories in 4 Lots

Ministry of Public works of Afghanistan has received Budget from Government of Afghanistan and it intends to apply part of the proceeds of this budget for the payments under the Procurement of equipment National Construction Laboratories in 4 Lots against Contract Package No: NPA/MPW/97/G-2229/ICB
Ministry of Public works now invites sealed bids from eligible and qualified bidders for Procurement of equipment National Construction Laboratories in 4 Lots (hereinafter called “Goods”)
Total : 80,500 USD

شرایط آگهی:

The Bidder has satisfactorily completed at least one contract for supply of similar IT Equipment/goods in size and magnitude during the last five years with value of similar contract must meet the minimum thresholds as follows:
Lots 1: 1,240,000.USD
Lots 2: 205,000.USD
Lots 3: 210,000.USD
Lots 4: 170,000.USD
The minimum required average annual volume of turn over for the successful bidder during the last five years shall be
FOR LOT 1: 2,600,000. USD
FOR LOT 2: 430,000.USD
FOR LOT 3: 430,000.USD
FOR LOT 4: 350,000.USD
Bids must be delivered to the address Below at or before 10.00 Hrs (local time) on December 16, 2018. Late bids will be rejected. Bids will be opened immediately after the deadline of bid submission, at the same place of bid submission in the presence of the bidders’ representatives who choose to attend in person.
