مناقصه following Imported Paper and Art card for Press IRI

شرح آگهی:

(1) Sealed Tenders are invited from well-reputed firms/authorized dealers registered with G.S.T. department for supply of Imported Paper and Art Card for IRI Press.
(2) Tender documents containing specifications , terms & conditions can be downloaded from www .ppra.org .pk and www .iiu.edu .pk or obtainable from office of the undersigned . Tender fee of Rs.1000/- (Non-refundable) will be deposited alongwith bid/tender in shape of Call DeposiUBank Draft in favour of IRI, llUI in the office of the undersigned Islamic Research Institute, Shah Faisal Masjid Campus, Islamabad during office hours from 08:30 a.m to 03:30
p.m on any working day.

شرایط آگهی:

(3) Tender is valid for a period of 180-days on F.O.R basis along-with earnest money @ 2% (refundable) of total value of tender in the shape of Call DeposiUDraft in favour of IRI, llUI. The purchasing will be made on part supply basis in accordance with the requirement of the institute .Tender documents must reach the undersigned on or before 16.11.2018 at 10:30 am which will be opened on the same date at 11:00 am in the Seminar Room of the Institute in the presence of bidders/their representatives who may like to attend the opening ceremony .
