Iraqi Drilling Company is pleased to invite eligible and
qualified bidders for the supply of VALVE GATE H.P
MUD SYSTEM " FORUM " END BUTTWELD SCH
160 WITH SPARE PARTS in consideration of the
following :
Interested eligible bidders may obtain further information
from Commercial Commission\ Purchases Department at
IDC Headquarters Baghdad and inspect the Bidding
Documents at the address as stated in "Instructions to
Bidders (ITB)" sheet weekly (Sunday to Thursday 07:00 am
to 02:00 pm Baghdad local time). To review tender details,
please visit IDC website http://www.idc.gov.iq/ or the
Ministry of Oil http://www.oil.gov.iq
Clarification should be submitted no later than to (2:00 PM)
Baghdad local time (11:00 Am) GMT: Wednesday

and a power of attorey legalized by a public Notary for
company's representative.
International suppliers: an authorization for company's
representative legalized by Iraqi Embassy.
interested bidder may purchase the tender documents for a
non-refundable (100.000) one hundred thousand Iraqi
Dinars by means of a written request, to one of the following
accounts through the respective terminal and a cash deposit
slip has to be presented
Baghdad terminal \ Purchases Department:
1- Rafidain Bank \ oil complex branch No. (5015).
2- Rafidain Bank \ Al-Qasr Al-Abdyadh No. (6486).
3- Trading Bank of Iraq (TBI) NO. (0002-001048-003).
The amount of the Bid Security shall be:
)5,100,000 IQD), five million, one hundred thousand for local
bidders or )$4,300( four thousand and three hundred dollars
for international bidders ,The Bid Guarantee has valid for at
least 120 days from the closing date.
