شرایط آگهی:

1. India has applied for financing from the Asian Development Bank (ADB) toward the cost
of Odisha Skill Development Project (OSDP). Part of this financing will be used for payments
under the contract named above. Bidding is open to eligible bidders from eligible source
countries of ADB.
2. The Odisha Skill Development Authority (OSDA) (hereinafter referred to as the
“Purchaser”), a Government of Odisha undertaking, represented by its Chief Executive Officer,
invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for the Procurement of Equipment and Goods for
World Skill Centre being established in Bhubaneswar, Odisha, India (the “Goods”).
