Turkmenistan has applied for financing from the Asian Development Bank (ADB) toward
the cost of National Power Grid Strengthening Project, and it intends to apply part of the
proceeds of this financing to payments under the contract named above. Bidding is open to
bidders from eligible source countries of ADB.
2. The State Power Corporation “Turkmenenergo” of the Ministry of Energy of
Turkmenistan (Turkmenenergo) (“the Purchaser”) invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for
the Supply and Delivery of Equipment, Parts and Materials for the Construction of
Substations and Transmission Lines.
Supply and delivery of equipment, parts and materials for
construction of 500 kV Dashoguz substation
Supply and delivery of equipment, parts and materials for the
construction of 500 kV Balkan substation
Supply and delivery of equipment, parts and materials for the
construction of 220 kV Dashoguz SPP substation
Supply and delivery of equipment, parts and materials for the
construction of 220 kV Serdar substation
Supply and delivery of equipment, parts and materials for the
construction of 500 kV Single-circuit Dashoguz – Balkan
Transmission Line
Supply and delivery of equipment, parts and materials for the
construction of: (i) Gurtly-Serdar 220 kV double-circuit
transmission Line; (ii) Serdar - Balkanabat 220 kV Double-circuit
transmission line; (iii) 220 kV Dashoguz-Dashoguz SPP
transmission line.

شرایط آگهی:

To purchase the Bidding Documents in English, eligible bidders should:
• Write to the address above requesting the Bidding Documents for Supply and Delivery
of Equipment, Parts and Materials for the Construction of Substations and
Transmission Lines.
• An invoice will be issued to the interested bidder requesting payment of a nonrefundable
fee of USD 575 per lot by direct deposit to the bank account provided in the invoice.
• The Bidding Document may also be collected from the above address or delivered to a
foreign address through courier. An additional USD 200 will be collected as courier fee
for delivery to a foreign address. No liability will be accepted for loss or late delivery.
on or before the deadline: 2 January 2019, 14:00 hours (Ashgabat time)
• together with a Bid Security as described in the Bidding Document.
Technical bids will be opened on 2 January 2019, 14:15 hours (Ashgabat time)
