Package 3 - Lot 8: Supply and Delivery of Construction, Installation and
Maintenance Equipment
The Republic of Turkmenistan has applied for financing from the Asian Development
Bank (ADB) toward the cost of National Power Grid Strengthening Project, and it intends to
apply part of the proceeds of this financing to payments under the contract named above.
Bidding is open to bidders from eligible source countries of ADB.
The State Power Corporation “Turkmenenergo” of the Ministry of Energy of
Turkmenistan (Turkmenenergo) (“the Purchaser”) invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for
the Supply and Delivery of Construction, Installation and Maintenance Equipment. The
delivery/completion period is 6 months.
Successful completion as main supplier within the last 5
years of at least two (2) contracts each valued at USD 16
million.
Average Annual Turnover : USD 40 million
Maintenance Equipment

شرایط آگهی:
To purchase the Bidding Documents in English, eligible bidders should:
• write to the address above requesting the Bidding Documents for Supply and Delivery
of Construction, Installation and Maintenance Equipment
• an invoice will be issued to the interested bidder requesting payment of a nonrefundable
fee of USD 575 by direct deposit to the bank account indicated in the invoice.
• The Bidding Document may also be collected from the above address or delivered to a
foreign address through courier. An additional US$200 will be collected as courier fee for
delivery to a foreign address. No liability will be accepted for loss or late delivery.
on or before the deadline: 2 January 2019, 14:00 hours (Ashgabat time)
