Request for Quotation (RFQ) for Rehabilitation of Raqqa 4
Power Substation, North Syria
Time and Date for Questions on RFQ December 6, 2018, no later than 12:00 Noon Jordan time to
Technical Requirements
The Objective of this project is to rehabilitate Raqqa 4 Power Substation. The scope of work (SOW)
includes:
1. Electrical Works rehabilitation, including, but not limited to the procurement and installation of the
following equipment items
a. 30 MVA transformer
b. 100 kVA transformer
c. High voltage circuit breaker
d. 66 kV inductive voltage transformer
e. 66 kV current transformer
f. Supplying power from Raqqa 4 Power Station to Raqqa National Hospital
2. Civil Works rehabilitation
