شرح آگهی:

Tenders by: CNOOC Iraq Limited, a company existing under the laws of
British Virgin Islands, the Lead Contractor at Missan Oil Fields (are located
in the Missan province in southeastern Iraq and close to the Iraq-Iran
border. It is about 571km north to the Basra city), alongside partners TP
Missan Limited, Iraqi Drilling Company to develop Missan Oilfields under
contract (TSC) and its supplementary agreement with Missan Oil Company.
The Announced Tender is listed below:
WELL PADS CONSTRUCTION (THE SIXTH
BATCH) USD011 (ITT documents can be downloaded for
free, but tender fee USD011 is required on or before
Tenderer submits tender proposals, and Tenderer
should provide the receipt of tender fee together with
its proposal)
