AEP of the rural populations of the province of Al Hoceima from the dam Bouhouda - Lot. 11: Power Line System A
The provisions of Article 21 of the RCDG apply.
When the board finds material errors or discrepancies in the documents of the administrative file or if the special conditions are not attached to the offer or if it is not initialed or signed, it accepts the offer of the Competitor concerned, subject to the introduction of the necessary corrections or the production of the special conditions duly initialed and signed under the conditions provided for in Article 40 of the Procurement Regulation.
21.1. Review of Administrative, Technical and Additive Files
To be considered competitive, competitors must demonstrate that they meet or exceed the following eligibility criteria:
Competitors must have carried out similar projects as required in Article 21.2 below, on the basis of certificates of completion of services (possibly supported by project files provided at the level of the additive file) .
In case of grouping, the provisions of article 140 of the purchase regulations will be applied:
- In case of joint consortium:
a. The grouping must meet the required qualification criteria as a whole (the quantifiable characteristics appearing in the certificates of these members can not be cumulated to justify the required qualification).
b. Each member of the group must individually justify the qualification corresponding to the services for which they engage in the...
