Oil Pipelines Company (State Company) wishes to invite eligible and experienced bidders for the
bid Ref. PL / RP / 15/2018(Supplying of different sizes carbon steel pipes with heat shrinkable sleeves) lnterested eligible bidders may obtain further information from Oil Pipelines Company HQ/ Legal Department located in the Oil Complex at Daura-Baghdad-lraq, lnterested eligible bidders may purchase bidding Documents upon payment of a nonrefundable net amount of.1000000 lD (million lraqi dinars only) against submission of registration certificate of incorporation. Offers should be submitted least possible period not exceeding date as per specified in sub clause (15), Offers shall be considered if satisfy the following terms and conditions
All bids must be accompanied by a Bid Security (Bid bond bank guarantee or endorsed cheque (original copy) with complete amount equal to (40000) USD (forty thousand USD only)
