Refilling and Supply of Argon and Dissolved Acetylene Gases (2 Items) in Supplier's cylinder as follows: High Purity Argon Gas (99.99%), Oxygen less than 5ppm, Moisture less than 10ppm, Nitrogen less than 15ppm Vol.: 7 Cu. M per cylinder Qty : 125
Dissolved Acetylene (99.9 %), 6 Cu. M per cylinder (Terms & Conditions of the supply as per Annexure-1 enclosed) Notes: 1. Offers of vendors who comply with our condition of delivery of filled cylinder at our site and taking back the empty cylinders only will be considered for evaluation. 2. In the event of Purchase Order, The period of Contract will be one year from the date of release of the Purchase Order. 3. As the GST column is blocked by DPS with effect from 02.11.2018, bidders are strictly requested not to quote GST anywhere in the Online bid and also in annexure if any enclosed to the Price bid, failing which their offer will be summarily rejected as per Header Point No. 5 & 6 above. GST as applicable on Basic cost shall be admitted by the Purchaser. (As per Header point no.1 above). Bidders are strictly requested to follow the above guidelines while submitting their offer to avoid rejection of their offers. In addition to the above, Bidders are requested to go through all the Points mentioned in the Header above, while submitting their offers. Qty : 8
