Request for Offer (RFO) for Poultry Value Chain Assessment Tel Afar, Tel Kaif, Mosul and Al-Hamdaniya District, Nineveh Governorate DOH-LIV-721 , The purpose of the onsultancy is to undertake a detailed poultry value chain market assessment in Tel Afar, Tel Kaif and Al-Hamdaniya Districts in Nineveh Governate, KRI which incorporates an assessment of the shocks and stresses on the community and identified system. A gender and age assessment to identify those excluded and an analysis of the relationships / behaviour of key players in the system, in order to analyse the system and develop a potential portfolio of interventions based on the opportunities for GOAL to engage and create change. The consultant will initially focus on data collection and analysis and then move to become a facilitator for the analysis and design processes, working closely with the GOAL Iraq country team and GOAL’s global Technical Team (Market advisor). The consultancy is required to use GOAL PCAD tools, see below and GOAL’s Markets Advisor is available to brief and support the consultant in their use.
