Supply, Installation and Commissioning of the New Port Louis Vessel Traffic SyThe Mauritius Ports Authority (MPA) is pleased to invite sealed bids both from local and International bidders for the Supply, Installation and Commissioning of the New Port Louis Vessel Traffic System as morefully described in the bidding document. The aim of this project is the replacement of the existing Vessel Traffic System with a new one, including the update of 8 AtoNs permitting their remote monitoring, in order to support the Authority’s objectives, among them: To promote sustainable economic development by providing competitive, safe and secure port services; • To make Port Louis Harbour, a regional logistics hub providing world class port services through business excellence;
• To ensure safety of navigation in the port, protection of marine environment and security within the limits of the port; and • To safely and efficiently manage the vessels traffic increase system
