Assistance with Local Currency Capital Markets Development: Capacity Building Programme Implementation , Business sector: Telecoms, informatics and media, Other, Financial institutions , The objective of the Assignment is the provision of advice to EBRD in relation to the design, procurement and contracting of a provider of an e-learning platform and its content, and the rollout of the training programs. The e-learning platform will have the objective of increasing the level of knowledge and understanding of capital markets among participants in the relevant markets. For the avoidance of doubt, content will be sourced from independent external providers.
Assignment Description: The selected Consultant will advise and assist EBRD during the development and implementation of all components of the e-learning programme, and is specifically expected to provide the following services: 1. Advise the EBRD Operation Leader (OL) on the technical and legal aspects of the implementation of an e-learning program (including systems, user interface), including from a contracting and intellectual EU General Data Protection Regulation perspectives; 2. Monitor and support the platform building process in close cooperation with the OL and the vendor of the e-learning management system; and 3. Carry out necessary tests and advise and coordinate the necessary adjustments to the platform after its launch to help to identify problems
