مناقصه Enhancing legal, regulatory and institutional frameworks governing the process of privatisation

شرح آگهی:

EBRD intends to select and contract a consulting company (the Consultant) to the Assignment. Key objective of this project is to assist the Government of Uzbekistan and SAMA in particular to identify and develop key legal, regulatory and institutional reforms to increase the efficiency and transparency of the privatisation process of SOEs and SOBs and provide advice on existing international best practices in this area.
In order to assist SAMA in this undertaking, the Consultant will assist the EBRD with the following: 1) Review legal, regulatory, administrative and policy frameworks governing the SOE/SOB privatisation process against the international best practices; 2) Propose recommendations to enhance these frameworks including through the development of a road map of measures and actions necessary to implement these recommendations;
3) Provide advice on existing international best practices for organisation of fair, transparent and efficient privatisation transactions; 4) Assist SAMA in evaluating the skills and capacities it needs to develop to support and facilitate efficient and transparent privatisation transactions; 5) Prepare and assist with preparing the drafts of the enhanced legislation and regulation.
