Assessment and enhancement of the competition policy enforcement framework and related capacities in the Republic of Uzbekistan , EBRD with the following: : 1) Review and map the existing competition policy framework, particularly review legal, regulatory and institutional frameworks established for the enforcement of competition policy in the country; 2) Benchmark the existing frameworks, laws, regulations and instruments to align them with best practices and develop specific recommendations for improving existing frameworks to ensure efficient enforcement of the competition policy; 3) Review capacities and technical capabilities of the Competition Authority and develop the capacity development program in consultation with the Competition Authority given the short- to medium-term needs of the authority and its reform agenda; 4) Develop a road map of measures and actions necessary to strengthen the competition policy framework in Uzbekistan and the capacity of the existing Competition Authority to enforce it; 5) Prepare and assist with preparing drafts of the enhanced legislation and regulation
