Support with the implementation of the WTO GPA standards in Ukraine , Contract type:
Consultancy Services , A tested methodology for managing, cleaning and correcting public procurement data on the OCDS-based eProcurement systems to ensure uniformity, correctness and reliability of registered public procurement procedures for GPA reporting;
● Improved quality and reliability of data in the ProZorro public procurement system to be used in analysis and reporting;
● Modern online tool for official use by the Public Procurement Department of MEDT (PPD) for GPA reporting to the WTO, covering automated preparation of GPA annual statistical reports via online GPA reporting tool which is accessible to general public and provides for main analytical information on GPA covered procedures and presents this information visually to facilitate easy understanding of public procurement market in Ukraine covered by GPA trade commitments.
