Lead writer for EUTF proposal (youth employment in Ethiopia) , Background:
Mercy Corps is applying for funding from the European Union Trust Fund (EUTF) for a market systems development program seeking to improve economic opportunities for youth in SNNP and Oromia regions. Purpose / Project Description: Mercy Corps is seeking a contractor to lead-write the proposal, including support in the program design.
 Contractor Activities: The Contractor will conduct the following activities: a.Review of call for proposal and all relevant documents. Input into proposal development workplan.
c. Input into the early log-frame design ,Review field assessments and incorporate into workshop strategy. Help plan and lead the design workshop ,Lead-write the first draft of the proposal (concept note and full application) ,Lead the refinement of the logical framework ,Incorporate reviews and comments into drafts of proposal and log-frame, and finalize.
