شرح آگهی:

DOCUMENT SCANNING AND DIGITALIZATION , There are less than 1 candidates whose documents are to be scanned and per candidate there could be two or more documents. 2. IBPS will prepare the document set for each candidate for digitization and will hand over to the short-listed vendor for scanning. 3. IBPS will provide the space for scanners, computers and associated facility like electricity etc. Vendor has to provide the necessary equipment’s and manpower for scanning/digitization. 4. document scanning job involves activities like unpinning of received documents, scanning of documents, pinning of documents (after scanning), indexing and handing over scanned pdf files after verification. 5. Selected vendor will be assigned scanning job in separate lots. All the scanning job need not be in one go. 6. The job has to be done in the IBPS office between 9:30 AM to 6:00 PM from Monday to Friday and any additional work to be done depending on requirement to meet the target date for project completion. 7. The job has to be completed within the target date set by IBPS, penalty will be levied on delay. 8. The scanned document (150 DPI resolutions in clear readable form) to be saved by the unique candidate information for indexing. 9. The digitized data as to be saved in the computerized document management system of IBPS for retrieval using the index keys which will be specified to the short-listed vendor during job execution.
