NOTIFICATION OF INVITING TENDER FOR ENGINEERING, PROCUREMENT, CONSTRUCTION & COMMISSIONING (EPCC) OF TEN (10) LPG AIR MIX PLANTS IN BALOCHISTAN PROVINCE SSGC is Pakistan(s) leading integrated gas company engaged in the business of Transmission and Distribution of natural gas. Under the directives of Government of Pakistan, SSGC is undertaking installation of LPG-Air Mix Plants for around thirty three (33) locations of Balochistan and Sindh, to supply Synthetic Natural Gas (SNG) as an alternate to piped Natural Gas, through gas distribution network. The company in 1st phase invites bids Under Two Stage bidding mode procedure of PPRA Rules 36 (c) for the Engineering, Procurement, Construction and Commissioning of Ten (10) LPG Air Mix plants at 10 locations (Three (3) lots of 03, 03 & 04 locations) i.e. Uthal, Kharan, Khuzdar, Washuk, Killi Khanozai, Loralai, Qilla Saifullah, Kech @ Turbat, Muslim Bagh & Zhob from the EPCC bidders to submit their bid in accordance with Tender document. SSGC is interested to award the job contract for Engineering, Procurement, Erection / Installation, Comprising Completion of all Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, Instrumentation works etc., testing, Pre-Commissioning and Commissioning of LPG Air Mix plants. 1. Minimum Eligibility criteria for EPCC contractors: Few important and mandatory criteria are mentioned below. The tender document contains the complete list of mandatory requirements and other evaluation criteria requirements: a. The applicant should be a legally incorporated, corporate identity for the past ten years. Representatives, Commission agents, indenters and other similar intermediaries are not eligible to apply for bidding directly or on behalf of their principals. b. Applicant must be registered with Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) C-B category in case of Local Bidders, and for International bidders confirmation of bidder to comply with the requirement of construction and operation of engineering Work Bye-Laws 1987...
