National Highway Authority (NHA) plan, promote, organize and implement programs for construction, development, operation, repairs and maintenance of national highways/motorways and strategic roads.NHA invites Request for Proposal (RFP) from the software consultant (single entity/joint venture), who are on Active Taxpayers List of the Federal Board of Revenue for the “ConsultancyServices for Development of Procurement Management Information System (PMIS)”. Method of selection will be Quality and Cost Based Selection
