The Bid closing date would be exactly at (12:00 ) midday on Sunday : 3 / 11 / 2019
16- A technical conference will be held to answer the Bidders questions at ( 12:00 ) midday on 3 / 10 / 2019 thursday at cinema hall . 17- Bids will be opend at closing date directly and at (12.00 ) P.M with attendance of the participating bidders. 18- The closing date will be postponed to the next day in case of a holiday
