Original RFP Clause Amended RFP Clause Minimum Technical Eligibility Section-II,
Clause-5.2 Page 16 The Applicant shall have in the last seven years immediately preceding the proposal due date, provided Consultancy Services for: (i) one similar project for a fee of not less than INR 10 Crore, or (ii) two similar projects for a fee of
not less than INR 5 Crore each, or (ii) three similar projects for a fee of not
less than INR 4 Crore each. A similar project would consist of end-to-end consultancy services for large infrastructure projects such as City Township/residential building/commercial/industrial infrastructure with state-ofart infrastructural facilities. The minimum size of the infrastructure project should be 100 acres. In addition to the aforementioned experience, the applicant should also have (i) experience in preparation of detailed site plan including detailed infrastructure plans and engineering drawings, and (ii) carrying our bid-process management, for township/residential uilding/commercial building with a minimum size of 100 acres. (Appendix F1 and F2 need to be duly filled and submitted to determine minimum technical eligibility) The Applicant shall have during last 7 years ending last day of month previous to the one in which applications are invited, provided Consultancy Services for:(i) one similar project for a fee of not less than INR 10 Crore, or (ii) two similar projects for a fee of not less than INR 5 Crore each, or (ii) three similarprojects for a fee of not less than INR 4 Crore each.
