Mercy Corps is soliciting proposals to contract with a consulting firm to conduct a qualitative evaluation with the purpose of: Identifying differences in emergency, WASH, food, livelihoods and markets, protection and social cohesion needs between population groups and the availability of services to fill these needs across vulnerability profiles in NES. The purposes of which is to inform future Mercy Corps programming, and improve our overall response.
2Providing information that will support alignment and integration of programming in geographical areas, allowing for prioritization of needs, access and other considerations, to triangulate findings and provide in-depth contextual background for building commendations for future programming.Title: Scope of Work for Consultancy Firm to provide a Multi-Sector Needs Assessment in North East Syria
