Chairman, Ministry Procurement Committee on behalf of the Ceylon Electricity Board, invites sealed bids from the potential suppliers, for the contract mentioned above. Bidding method shall be International Competitive Bidding. Bids should be submitted only on bidding Documents purchased from the CEB.
