مناقصه SMS and USSD Aggregation

شرح آگهی:

Currently UNICEF Uganda Child Survival and Development Section has 3 active SMS short codes used for mTRAC, the MoH Health Complaints Hotline and FamilyConnect. In addition, UNICEF Uganda has 1 USSD code used for FamilyConnect. UNICEF Uganda is also supporting many other govermnent systems using SMS and USSD. The objective of this contract is to establish detailed terms and condition for providing SMS and USSD aggregation services and assisting in getting new SMS and USSD short codes or renewing the license for existing Short Codes. The company shall within the period of the contract provide the following services:
• Handle all licensing and activation needs of short-codes for SMS and USSD for UNICEF Uganda. •Operate short-codes for USSD, licensed to UNICEF, and provide incoming and outgoing services on all Ugandan mobile phone networks. • Operate short codes for SMS, licensed to UNICEF, and provide incoming and outgoing messages services on all Ugandan mobile nhone networks
