شرح آگهی:

National Agricultural Higher Education Project (NAHEP) under Indian Council of Agricultural Research (ICAR), a World Bank Project of 1100 crore invites EOI from well qualified and experienced Consultants to provide support to the PIU of NAHEP in following two categories:
A. Consultancy Services (Project Management & Learning): The Consultant will have the responsibility for overall implementation of overseas student and faculty training programme of AUs and overseas training programme of PIU staff to enhance the HRD capacity in terms of development of soft skills and excellence in thematic areas. He/She shall also ensure that the fund allocated under training head of student and faculty development is utilized upto full extent.
B. Consultancy Services (Media & Publicity): The Consultant will have the responsibility for overall implementation of media coverage and publicity across the implementing units of the sub-projects at PIU and AUs/SAUs level. This would include support in advertisement campaigns, social media usage, facilitating PR activities, drafting press releases, news, and magazine articles etc. related to the sub-projects under NAHEP.
