Assignment Title:Assessment of the existing opportunities for optimization, re-engineering , and automation of business processes in theMinistry of Finance of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
Reference No. (as per ProcurementPlan):The Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Uzbekistan has received financing f rom the World Banktoward the cost of the Institutional Capacity Building Project and intends to apply part of the proceeds for cons ultingservices.



The consulting services (“the Services”) include assessment defining and analyzi ngthe current processes, identification of gaps/opportunities for improvement and design the Target Operating Model (TOM) for the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Uzbekistan, change management plan and implementation recommendation, implementation periodup to 6 months, ensuring full consistency with the Terms of Reference (TOR) attached in this REOI.
