شرح آگهی:

STEEL CASTINGS
: 1. Please read general Terms and conditions before submitting the offer.
2. Delivery within 120 days from PO Date (For Indian Vendor); BL date within 90 days from
PO date (For Foreign Vendor).
3. Pre Inspection by BHEL will be done.
4. Please submit the following along with the offer
a. Proof that you are manufacturer of the of the castings
b. Details of melting facilities- primary and secondary refining along with capacities.
c. NDT capabilities- Details of equipment available and qualification of NDT personnel.
d. Details of Heat Treatment Facilities- Furance sizes, capacity, quenching facility
e. Pattern making facility –whether in-house or outsourced.
5. Submit the Manufacturing cum inspection plan, detailing all stages of manufacturing
along with the inspection plan.
