شرایط آگهی:

Bidders can download Bidding Documents from NHA website. The bidders are advised to visit the site before submission of bids. Bids (Original+Copy) shall be received in National Highway Authority, office of the General Manager (Maintenance) AJK/IMDC, House No. B-95, Upper Chatter, Muzaffarabad on April
06th, 2020 until 1400 hours. In case of absence of Bidders, the Bidder’s representative would be required to present the Authority Letter to Submit the Bid. The envelope containing “Technical Bid’’ will be opened on the same day at 1430 hours in the presence of all bidders/bidder’s representatives who choose to attend
