SOFTWARE
PaperCut NG print management solution for SQU staff and students (about 25000 users). This solution is for Print (ONLY) management, monitoring and tracking features (NO Device-based license). It should cover Installation, configuration and support. Technical documentation and knowledge transfer to system admins is part of this request. The following list of features must be observed: - All Server side component must be Linux-based - Solution should be compliant with all major printer brands (Brand Neutral) & Multi-function devices. - It should support unlimited number of printers Automatic device finder through the network - Support USB-connected printers - Support shared accounts. BYOD, and pay and use features - Solution should comply with all Major operating systems (Windows, LINUX & MacOS) - Integration with AD accounts - Alerts to be configured for monitoring outage - Solution should have an internal database & capable of being used on an external database at no additional cost - Solution should monitor the printing activity from User Systems, Mobile Devices, Tablet PC?s etc. - Solution should allow to Archive an Image of the document being Printed (optional) - Detailed log about the print history with filtering options - Ability to print a digital Watermark on each printed document - Software to provide the highest levels of security against common attack types and should not store any user passwords
