Description: Pin on Disc Tribometer Remarks: Tribometer should comply with ASTM G99 and should meet the following specifications: -The instrument operation must be controlled using a software (PC not included in the scope). Software should offer real-time measurement of frictional force, coefficient of friction, wear and temperature. It should allow exporting of data into Excel -Ultra-stable static loading system -Load: 2 to 200N using calibrated dead weights -Rotation speed: 200 to 2000 rpm (least count of 1 rpm) -Wear sensor: LVDT -Lubrication recirculation System -Pin Heating Module Ambient to 400?C -Pin sizes of 3, 6, 10 mm with 10 number each Pins -Ball sizes of 3 6, 10 mm with 10 number each balls -Disc size: 60 x 8 mm (2-nos. Disk in which one of EN31 and Inconel) -Wear track diameter: 20 to 40 mm -ASTM G99 ball and disc samples -Capability to upgradable in future for humidity control system, Automated loading System and others to comply with industry 4.0 standards to make it a smarter system. -2 years warranty -10 years technical support
