BIODIESEL PRODUCTION MACHINE
Automatic mixing machine for Biodiesel production BIOTRON-R 250 of Capacity 250 liters/hour The BIOTRON-R 250 installation may be used for transesterification reaction of fatty acids from plant oils ir animals fats (obtaining complex esters through the interaction of acids with alcohols in the presence of a catalyst) in an intensive cavitation field, and for the subsequent separation of complex fatty acid and the glycerol phase in automatic mode. The BIOTRON-R 250 installation can also be used for accurate dosing, mixing and post-processing of any fluids that re non-aggressive towards the module materials, such as the introduction of depressants or other additives to (bio)diesel for the production of "winter' (bio)diesel. The maximum number of processed fluids in three. The BIOTRON-R 250 installation is intended for continuous operation and does not require special maintenance, provided the user observes the operating conditions.
