Sodium Nitrite (Technical Grade)
1. Description of the ITEM : Sodium Nitrite ( Industrial Grade) Detailed specification as per annexure 2. Detailed SPECIFICATIONS: Assay & Impurities Specifications ASSAY (Dry Basis) > 95% (W/W) Chloride < 0.05% Sulphate < 50 ppm Iron < 20 ppm Silica < 1 ppm Moisture & other volatile matter < 2.0 % Conditions of the tender: 1. Delivery Schedule : Full quantity is to be supplied over a period of Twelve months from the date of purchase order in 4 or 5 lots of 25 MT or 20 MT each to KARP site on door delivery basis. Each Lot would be required every 2-3 months. 1. Indentor will intimate the requirement to the supplier. The material should reach our plant site within 10 days of receiving the intimation from Indentor. 2. Sodium Nitrite is one of the critical chemical which is constantly required for regular operation. Hence the supply of the Sodium Nitrite should be sent strictly within stipulated time of 10 days after receiving intimation from the user by email. Delay in chemical supply will attract normal liquidated damages. 3. Packing should be in waterproof 25 kgs or 50 kgs Double stitched Polythene bags. 4. Price quoted should include the cost of transport for the supply of chemicals at purchaser site. 5. The supplied material (Each Truck Load) will be sampled and analyzed at KARP laboratory and the material will be accepted only after sample analysis meets our purchase order specifications. 6.
