1.Establishment date of the Company and company qualification to
show capability to provide the required services & Company profile
including Organizational chart
2.Bidder Classification of the vendor by respective Municipality.
3.Bidder Staff and employees
4.List of All previous achieved projects/ experiences in Simulation
Center for last five years staring from year 2017 (including the
amount, contract copy and completion certificate for every project).
5.List of currently projects -going on; (including the amount and
contract copy for every project).
6.Previous experience with UAEU (if available); with amount, contract
copy for every project.
7.Quality Management Standard (QMS) ISO 9001
8.Environment Management System (EMS)
ISO 14001
9.Occupational Health and Safety Management Standard (OHSMS) ISO 45001/OHSAS 18001
10.Certificate (for last three months) of localization percentage of
employees in the Bidder.
11.Financial auditing report by approved independent financial auditor
for the previous last three years
12.Time schedule of work completion
