PASSENGER AND LUGGAGE TRANSPORTATION SERVICES BANGLADESH
1. Availability of Updated (a) Trade Licence (b) e-TIN Certificate © VAT Certificate
2. Formal acceptance of the UNHCR General Conditions of Contract for the Provision of Services – 2018 version (Annex F). This should be submitted with signature and official stamp on every page.
3. Formal acknowledgment to the UN Supplier’s Code of Conduct (Annex G). This should be submitted with signature and official stamp on every page.
4. Vendor Registration Form: If your company is not already registered with UNHCR, you should complete, sign and submit the Vendor Registration Form (Annex E).
C – DELIVERY OF SERVICES
1. Signed Terms of Reference by which bidder undertakes that it will comply with all the aspects and requirements mentioned in the Terms of Reference (Annex A).
2. Provision of documentary evidence, showing that bidder or its sub-contractor is present in Cox’s Bazar District.
3. Confirmation that bidder can cover the routes required as per Annex B, and upon request, bidder can cover other routes in the entire Cox's Bazar district, currently not comprised in Annex B, by submitting a completed, signed & stamp copy of Annex B.
4. List of all the vehicles you currently own or rent that can be used to provide the required services to UNHCR in line with the requirements stated in Annex A (Terms of Reference). Include the age of vehicles and details of last maintenance if available. Attach documents that prove ownership...
