Construction of 6 classrooms School in Kharab Bazar-Ninawa governorate
Geotechnical Investigation: Provide equipment, machines, and workforce to perform a soil investigation and determine the bearing capacity of the soil and prepare a report for the outcome of soil investigations, including Field and Laboratory tests according to Standard Practice for Soil Exploration and Sampling according to ASTM D 1452 and D 5783, the report should be submitted by an authorized Consultant Expertise Bureau/Engineer with all details, and their recommendation will govern for any required procedures (The duration between the investigation requisition and the outcome results will assuming as works days and will not exclude from the project period).
Site Preparation and Foundation excavation: Providing machinery and equipment for cutting the natural ground (for all types of soil including clay, rocky, asphalt and concrete) for the depth according to the report designated outcome; the work includes disposal of excavation material to a location indicated by the related municipality, the work consists of filling with suitable material CBR not less than four and boulders aggregate for an area that has high water content. The price includes leveling the foundation and moisturizing for 24 hours with good compaction by compactor roller for the cutting area, according to the details and instructions of the site engineer.
