Purchase of Planetary Ball Mill
1- It must have capability to grind both soft and hard materials with the feed size of at
least 10 mm.
2- The output particle size obtained after grinding must be 1 micron or smaller upto
nano levels.
3- It must have sun disc speed in the range of 40 to 400 rpm and bowl speed of 1200
rpm.
4- It must have programmable forward and reverse selection and milling can be done
in clockwise direction, anticlockwise direction or both directions.
5 -The machine must have four bowls holders with overall capacity of each bowl holder
1000 ml.
6 -The machine must have speed ratio upto 1:3 between sun disc and bowl.
7 -The vendor must provide 1 kg stainless steel bowls each of 10mm, 5 mm and 2 mm
size.
8- The machine must run uninterruptedly more than 100 hours.
9 -The machine must be compatible with our power supply (230 ±10 V, 50-60 Hz).
10 -The machine must have digital program for grinding with memory to store 10 SOP
with material name
11- The machine must have memory restore system in case of power failure.
12 -The machine must have computer interface through USB/LAN port.
13 -The machine must have an option for inert gas or vacuum grinding system.
14 -The system should have option for temperature and pressure monitoring system in
the bowl at the time of grinding
15- There must be one year warranty against any manufacturing defect.
