The scope of services includes Worldwide Freight Forwarding, Expediting, Customs Clearance & delivery services on Call-Off Basis for all Inbound purchases, Export and Re-Import of Samples, Repair and Calibration of Equipment for 3 years. This includes : - All relevant modes of transportation such as Air, Ocean, Road except for the Courier services. - Tracking of all Inbound shipments through an Online system easy accessibility. - Data interface between Qatalum and Freight Forwarder System.
