1. Compliance with requirement of ITB and PetroChina's Terms & Conditions.
2. Compliance with on-site management in water injection services Requirement & Technical Specification.
3. Compliance to PetroChina’s HSE requirement
4. Financial Standing
5. Compliance with the Laws and/or Regulations for the company registration in Iraq
6. Proven international experience in management of Water injection projects including both sandstone and carbonate Reservoirs.
7. Personnel experience in management of Water injection projects;
8. The total number of water injectors being managed by the bidder, and the number of injectors designed and completed with intelligent injection system and zonal injection.
9. Bidder capability of managing oil field at range of different water cut stages
10. The water shutoff design and operation management;
11. The experience in water source wells management
