Establishing Translation FWA for 1 year as per attached Annex
Framework Agreement (Fixed Price or Non-Fixed Price) – the successful supplier(s) will be awarded a ‘Framework Agreement’. Within the Framework Agreement the terms of supply (e.g. indemnities, liabilities, warranties etc.) shall be agreed, as will the conditions of supply (e.g. specifications, lead times etc.). The Framework Agreement does not commit SCI to any purchases or specific volumes. Any future purchases which will be completed under separate Purchase Orders which will be governed and linked to the original Framework Agreement.
1.Translation of Documents
2.Simultaneous Interpreter (Per Hour) (English-Arabic and Kurdish) or Vice Versa
3.Full interpretation services:
Soundproof booths, Interpretation equipment including all connections and headsets for all participants,wireless mics, Sound system,Table microphones for each participant. (Receivers, Transmitters, Transceivers, Sound proof headsets, Clip-on Lapel Mic Microphone, Neck Mikes, wireless Mikes, Sound Mixer and Speakers) with full technical support team.
Virtual connection services:
Laptops with required connections,Creating of virtual meeting,
(Zoom management, Zoom link/ registration, IT, Laptop and Camera) with full technical support team. Webcam, Screens.
