شرح آگهی:

Directorate of Central Procurement PAC Board Kamra Short Tender Notice Tender No PACB/751/180422R51/1179/P-2 (FOB Basis) Procurement of Chemicals and Paints. 1. Quotation must be submitted on FOB basis only. 2. Payment will be made as per PAC Board procedure. 3. The detail of item can also be download from website www.pac.org.pk or can be obtained from Dte of Central Procurement PACB Kamra (Telephone No. 051-9099-2244 or 051-9099-2534). 4. Bidding documents are also available in PAC website www.pac.org.pk. 5. Separate Technical quotation (in duplicate) and Commercial quotation for each category must be deposited as follows:- (a) Date of submission of tender before 1030 Hrs on 01-11-2022. DELIVERY OF TENDER. (b) Technical Offer: It shall contain all relevant specifications in a separate envelope and clearly marked Technical Offer without prices, tender number and date of opening. Biding document duly signed and stamp on each page is required to be submitted with the technical quotation (c) Commercial Offer: It shall indicate prices quoted in figures as well as in words, along with essential literature / brochure and clearly marked on face of a separate envelope Commercial Offer with prices, tender number and date of OPENING. (d) Both the Envelopes of Commercial and Technical offers should be enclosed in one cover, properly sealed and bear the address of Directorate of Central Procurement (DCP) PAC Board Kamra with tender number and opening date. (e). Both Technical and Commercial offer will be opened on the due time and date on single stage two envelope basis. Note: Past performance of the firms may be considered.
1.Whether stores offered conform to the specification and confirmation to this effect has been made in the quotation given in Form PACB – 002A.
2. Whether deviation from the demanded specification is attached with Form PACB – 002A.
3. Whether complete quotation has been submitted in duplicate.
4. Whether the prices are exclusive of taxes/duties if so...
