Provision and Installation of Prefabricated Caravans in Al Hol camp ‐ NES
1.Prefabricated Caravan for staff 400x300 Cm H=240 Cm internal,
Supplying the materials and installing prefabricated caravan (4x3 m)
according to the attached design drawings. The base consists of a double steel structure frame made by C‐section members 120x50x6 mm. within the frame a mesh of Rectangular iron tube members 80x40x2 mm. is spaced at 50 cm C/C. The poles at each corner shall be angle line members 100x100x3mm. The slab made by rectangular Iron tubes 80x40x2 mm for both the frame and the mesh. spaced at 90 Cm C/C in both directions. Using sandwich panel walls with a thickness of 5 Cm, for the side walls and the slab of the caravan. False ceiling shall be built by using PVC panels 60x60 Cm. The Floors shall be 18 mm plywood covered by 3mm vinyl sheeting. 1X PVC plastic Door (200x100 cm) and 2X PVC plastic windows (100x100 Cm). in addition to iron caps surrounding the inside‐face of the door and windows manufactured using rectangular iron tubes 40x60x2 mm. The price includes painting works with three layers of paint, one layer of anti‐rust paint and two layers of oil paint. The price also includes the implementation of a metal protection mesh (grill) for the doors and windows consisting of a perimeter metal frame 30x20x2 mm with internal metal frames 20x20x2 mm at every 15 cm, for vertical and 3 horizontal iron box for each door or window.
