providing Transport Management Services for G20 meetings to be held in various cities of India from 01 December 2022 to 30 November 2023 during India’s G20 presidency.
1. If it is desired by the Bidder to ask for the GST to be paid as extra,
the same must be specifically stated. In the absence of any such
stipulation in the bid, it will be presumed that the prices quoted
by the Bidder are inclusive of GST and no liability will be devolved upon the Ministry
2.On the Bids quoting GST, the rate and the nature of GST applicable
at the time of supply should be shown separately. Statutory taxes
and duties shall be payable by MEA as per actual and on
submission of proof of GST payment
