1.BOQ is part of the Tender Documents and shall be read in conjunction with other Tender Documents.
2.Tenderers are required to price the BOQ in USD.
3.The items' descriptions mentioned in the BOQ represent a summarized description. The tenderers shall refer to the preambles, specifications, drawings and conditions of contract before pricing the items.
4.The tenderers shall put their unit prices for the items based on the item's unit of measurements, and shall make sure that the prices cover all related expenses including materials, labor, equipment, wages, overhead and profit and all other expenses according to the tender documents.
5.The Contractor shall refer to the tender documents and the Employer's representative instructions before starting any work.
6.Prices shall include the costs and expenses for controlling the water where the excavations are submersed with water or wherever there is an intersection with the water pipelines, sewer pipelines, culverts, surface drainage or any other utilities and shall take all precautions regarding such intersections.
7.The Tenderers' prices shall include all costs and expenses regarding temporary works, site security, lighting, health and safety provisions, traffic and pedestrian management, and all other works required as per the tender...
