i.Bidder’s Company Profile including the Bidders similar experience in last 5 years. (Proof document should be provided
ii Audited Financial statements for last Three (03) years
iii. Business Registration Certificate of the Company.
iv A copy of the valid certificate of Registration (PCA 3) issued by the Registrar of Companies together with offer
v. Schedule of Prices duly completed and signed
vi.Domestic Bidders shall submit the documentary proof for above requirements in order to consider for domestic preference.
vii. Form of Bid (Annex B) duly completed and signed
viii. Form of Bid Security Guarantee (Annex C)
ix. Duly completed forms (Technical Specifications to be filled by the Bidder)
