Annual rate contract for rewinding of burnt electrical motors/fan /coils/control transformers for a period of 02 years i.e. FY 2023-25
1.Rewinding of 415V, 50 C/s, three phase induction motor of any type i.e.. ordinary, flameproof, increased safety etc. of following ratings with Class`B' insulation. The rewinding of motors includes supply of super enamelled copper wire, insulating material,varnish, flexible insulated lead upto terminal box for connection and other required consumables etc. The work also includes disassembing ling,cutting,cleaning,rewinding, assembling & testing of motor after rewinding as required
1.1 Motors upto 0.5 KW
1.2 Motors above 0.5 KW upto 1 KW
1.3 Motors above 1.0 KW upto 7.5 KW
1.4 Motors above 7.5 KW upto 30 KW
1.5 Motors above 30 KW upto 55 KW
2.0 Same as Sl. No.1.0 but with insul Class `F'
2.1 Motors upto 0.5 KW
2.2 Motors above 0.5 KW upto 1 KW
2.3 Motors above 1.0 KW upto 7.5 KW
2.4 Motors above 7.5 KW upto 30 KW
2.5 Motors above 30 KW upto 55 KW
2.6 Motors above 55 KW upto 150 KW
3.0 Rewinding of 415V, 50 C/s, three phase induction motor of any type i.e.. ordinary, flameproof, increased safety etc. of following ratings with Class `H' insulation.
