PROVISION OF TERTIARY WELL CONTROL AND EMERGENCY RESPONSE SERVICES
1. Compliance with the Scope of Supply and Technical Requirement.
2. Bidder’s Proven International Experience, Capability and Performance Records: bidder should has sufficient experince in Well Control and related services (at least 15 years).
3. HSE Requirement: Bidder to comply with HSE requirement and should have:
- HSE management system certified to ISO 45001 or equivalent & records that meet the ITB requirements.
- Environmental Management System certified to ISO14001 or equivalent.
- Project-specific outline of Health and Safety and outline Environmental Management Plans meet ITB requirements.
- Approved ERP in relation to the Well Control Contingency
- Key HSE personnel CVs meet the requirements.
4. Personnel Qualification and Experience:Bidder submitted at least five (5) CVs of qualified Well Control Specialists having a minimum ten (10) years of experience in Well Control.
5. Financial Standing.
6. Bidders Equipment Availability.
7. Bidder’s Response Time and Mobilization Schedule.
