FDM 3D Printer
1 The printer must be capable of printing different polymeric materials (liquid polymer, polymer filament and polymer pellets) on an interchangeable tool clamping attachment.
2 Printer must have granules-based extruder printhead with screw rod extrusion feeding structure (preferably single screw design), stainless steel delivery tube and temp of printing head should be able to sustain up to 270°C.
3 Printer must have a print head for emulsifiable materials with 10-15 cc delivery tube made of stainless steel and temp of printing head should be able to sustain up to 150°C with a UV curable array attachment of 355 nm wavelength.
4 Printer must have a dual drive system (dual motor) printhead for flexible filament of 1.75 mm and temp of printing head should be able to sustain up to 250°C.
5 Main printer body must be made of stainless steel.
6 Printer must be closed chamber design (chamber should be able to sustain up to 50-60°C)
7 Build plate temp of Printer: Temperature control of print bed should be able to sustain up to 100°C or higher.
8 Printer electronics systems must have 150+ MHz 32-bit ARM processor or higher configuration and micro- stepping motor-drivers system.
9 Print Volume: 200x200x200mm X/Y/Z or higher
10 Print speed: Nozzle speed up to 50-60 mm/s depending on the material being printed.
